OlympicsFirst Author: Conner T Olympic Team Handball was first introduced in 1936 in the Summer games in Berlin, Germany. It was dropped after that summer and resumed again in 1972, in the Summer games, once again in Germany. Women's team handball was introduced the next Summer Olympic games, in 1976.

To do: 2 links to other pages. Explain why it was dropped for several years from the Olympics. Upon who's request was it that Team Handball be an Olympic sport? Add a picture or Youtube video, add 2 refs in footnotes.
